In a recent discussion with Bill Swanson, the Founder of CEO Decisions, Patrick commented, “It’s all about the decisions, both strategic and technological. Strategic decisions often have major technological implications, and technology factors may be important to get an accurate assessment of the alternative strategies and tactics.
